AI as a practical tool
Documentation assistants, multilingual project management and contract analysis. Application development, testing and production monitoring.
I am Toni, a mechanical engineer from Tammela, Finland. I have designed machines, managed international equipment deliveries and developed my own inventions into products.
Today I combine that experience with AI. I am especially interested in what it can achieve in real work: on site, at the engineering desk and in new experiments.

Documentation assistants, multilingual project management and contract analysis. Application development, testing and production monitoring.
I founded a part-time business to commercialise my inventions, including the SmartLift and SmartFlip kitchen mechanisms.
Custom personnel lifts for the pulp and paper industry and remotely operated window-cleaning machines for cruise ships. Responsibility from design to customer commissioning.
AI is advancing quickly. In my experience, companies want to use it, but adopting new ways of working and the lack of concrete examples slow implementation.
I combine industrial and mechanical-engineering knowledge with AI expertise. This site presents applications and experiments I have built as practical examples of AI at work.
I build applications for industry and expert work, connecting AI with existing knowledge, workflows and everyday work.
Operating, maintenance and diagnostics manuals can become searchable knowledge, finding the right answer without browsing stacks of documents.
View the documentation assistantEquipment-specific notes, photos, instructions and multilingual communication can be brought together for site teams and project management.
View project managementAn AI application creates value only if it still works tomorrow. Its operation can be tested automatically and exceptions handled quickly.
View application monitoringYes. Operating, maintenance and diagnostics material can be prepared for AI so the assistant answers from the correct source.
Yes. The documentation should be sound to begin with. I normally refine the material with the customer into a clear, AI-readable format, while identifying conflicts and gaps before deployment.
Yes. Multilingual support can be built into the workflow so users ask and receive guidance in their own language.
Automated checks can regularly test the critical user journey and answer quality.
Practical AI at work. Here are a few examples.
A browser game for the Finnish eighth-grade history curriculum takes the player through nine checkpoints from Poland to Berlin. Briefings, concepts, missions, newspapers and questions form one learning path.
Turn operating, maintenance and electrical documentation into searchable knowledge in the user’s own language.
A platform developed for my own project-management work brings installation-team notes, photos, instructions and status together by equipment, including multilingual sites.
Automated monitoring tests deployed AI applications through the same path as a real user and alerts immediately when something no longer works as expected.
AI-assisted contract risk analysis from the buyer’s or supplier’s perspective, developed into a commercial production application with Diamond Consulting.
Open the public Harvia AI Assistant, ask the manual and verify the answer from the original source.
Write your own question or use a suggested one. The assistant answers from a public Harvia operating manual.
Avaa Harvia AI Assistant6 questions per user
The demo is limited to six questions per user to prevent misuse.
A Kuusi Design demo, not an official Harvia service. It is based on a public operating manual.
If one of my projects sparked an idea for collaboration,
I would be glad to hear from you.
