Storm AI Assistant.
When the buyer’s IT team asks, AI answers.
The challenge
While selling ContractStorm to a major Finnish city, we expected detailed questions from the buyer’s IT and security specialists about implementation, privacy and infrastructure.
What I built
We worked through ContractStorm’s Google-based infrastructure with AI and assembled authoritative background material, including provider terms. I then built the Storm AI assistant on top of this knowledge base and integrated it directly into the ContractStorm website.
What it knows
Storm AI answers precise questions about GDPR compliance, EU server locations, stateless processing and access to uploaded documents. It stays within scope, avoids overpromising and guides unrelated conversations back to the service.
My role
I analysed the service and its security requirements, assembled the source material, and built and integrated the chat assistant into the ContractStorm site.
Benefits and limits
The project applies AI where specialised knowledge is needed. The same model can turn a company’s product, service or documentation data into customer-service, sales-support or technical-support assistance. The assistant does not replace a qualified expert in the most difficult cases.
