AI-arki — AI literacy training.

Learn the ground rules for AI through everyday work situations.

The challenge

Using AI effectively at work takes more than a good prompt. Employees need to assess what information they can share, when to check an answer and how their company’s rules guide their actions. AI-arki brings these questions into a short Finnish-language course for small and medium-sized businesses.

Learning through decisions

The roughly 25-minute learning path has five checkpoints: confidential information, incorrect answers, copyright, human review and the company’s own AI guidelines. Learners choose how they would act in a workplace situation and receive immediate feedback. A final quiz brings the learning together. The course runs in a browser, including on a phone, without installation.

Documenting completion

The purchaser shares an invitation link with employees and follows completions in a separate management view. Completion reports and certificates can be downloaded as PDFs. A tool for drafting the company’s own AI guidelines in PDF or Word format is also included. Learning, tracking and documentation form a single service.

My role and implementation

I built AI-arki as Kuusi Design’s own training service with AI-assisted development using Claude. It brings together the learning path, scenarios and feedback, a mobile interface, certificates, purchaser management and online sales. The browser interface uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the service is hosted on Firebase and card payments use Stripe.

Try it yourself

AI-arki is a published online course. The first checkpoint is free to try without registration and demonstrates the exercises and feedback. A certificate records completion of the course; learner names are not verified and the final quiz is not a supervised examination.
